✧ All items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

✧ Items will be priced in the format of 'Alphabet + Price'. For example, a crystal with code AAA20 means that the item is priced at $20.

✧ To claim, comment the code shown on the sticker. The item will be sold to the first person with the correct code - this is automatically captured via our system. 

✧ Upon a successful claim, our system will send you the invoice for that item via your direct messages. Do note that those with unsuccessful claims will also receive an automatic message from our system informing you that your claim has been unsuccessful. 

✧ Do note that the order of comments shown on your screen may differ from our screen and/or on different devices due to external factors like internet speed and algorithm. 

✧ During Live Sales, we will show a 360 degree of each piece and try our best to point out any natural flaws visible to us. Please note that there may be instances of us missing out these imperfections and we are not liable in such situations. 

✧ Kindly notes that the color of crystals shown on screen may differ in real life due to external factors like lighting/ environment/ screen resolution etc.

✧ Measurements provided may have an error margin of approximately ± 1cm

✧ Strictly no put backs, swaps, cancellations, exchanges or refunds will be entertained. All claims made are final. Kindly buy responsibly and only claim if you are 100% sure.

✧ All online claims will be reserved for 48 hours only. Click on the cart link that would be automatically sent to you upon every claim during live sale. Items will be automatically released  if payment has not been made after 48 hours and buyer will be black listed as a result.

✧ We advise that you only claim items if you are comfortable with the above mentioned statements.

✧ If you wish to purchase additional items on our web store, we will automatically combine both purchases in the same box and ship your items out together. 

✧ As our close box day is every alternate Sundays (refer to our Schedule for our next courier date), we will be consolidating all your purchases made (both live sale and online) within the 2 weeks and ship them out together if you have indicated to close box in any of your purchases (kindly note that you only need to indicate close box once).

✧ You will enjoy free delivery if your total purchase value is more than $138.

✦ If you have already paid $5 delivery in your previous purchase and have hit free delivery over your accumulated purchases, kindly drop us a message and we will credit $5 back to your account (please choose open box option for any subsequent payment if you have already indicated close box in any of your previous purchase to avoid the additional $5 surcharge - we will ship out all your items together). 

✦ On the other hand, if you have a total of $138 over accumulated purchases and would wish to close box for free, kindly drop us a message and we will close your box manually on our end.
